In order to encourage more enterprises to develop and participate in green business, invest in environmental protection projects, and promote green finance development, the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency (HKQAA) launched the "SME Loan Green e-Assessment". This online platform provides a quick and easy way to let more SMEs conduct green assessments for their loan projects. Companies that successfully pass the two-stage assessment will receive an Assessment Statement for the two stages, indicating that the green projects they loan are of green nature and conducted environmental impact reporting.
